We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service.
Shipping
We are unable to accept orders for P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for errors due to printing.
You will receive your product(s) within 7 days from date of purchase. Kokouniform.my aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase, as mentioned on the product page. However, if you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Payment
You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment.
Returns and Exchange
You may return products sold by Kokouniform.my no more than 7 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of Kokouniform.my, notified within 2 days from the date product delivered. We'll also pay the return shipping fee if the return is a result of our error.
Non-returnable items
We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
• Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt or notified 2 days after the delivery received by customer.
• Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
• Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
In the event of dispute, Kokouniform.my decision shall be final and conclusive.
Refund
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange
Please note that we do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (except only as may be implied by applicable law). Kokouniform.my is only providing a venue for the sale of products on its site and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including damages for loss of profit or intangible loss related to your use of the site or use of any of the products purchased at its site). Please read all information, warranties or warnings provided by the manufacturer owner or seller of the products on or in the product packaging and labels before using any product purchased on Kokouniform.my. Kokouniform.my shall not be liable for the accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or quality of such products or reliability of any information provided by any manufacturer owner or seller of such products and it is your responsibility to evaluate such information.
Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kokouniform.my from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any breach of these Terms of Use or any other activity by you in connection with your use of the site. You further agree that Kokouniform.my shall not be held liable howsoever for your use of the site and you agree to waive all claims that you may have against Kokouniform.my for any loss or damages you may sustain in connection with your use of the site. In the event that this disclaimer is unenforceable, the total liability of Kokouniform.my, if any, for losses or damages shall not exceed the fees you paid for the particular service or product upon which liability is based.
Dispute Resolution In the event of dispute unresolved for more than 90 days from the date of complaint received, customers could seek alternative resolution by contacting http://eaduan.kpdnkk.gov.my/eaduan/main.php?lang=2. Customer should have made initial contact to Kokouniform.my within 7 days of item received about their dispute , and subject to the Terms of Use.
